MEDITATIVE YOGA Wednesdays at Rehabilitative Resources Inc. Instructor Jennifer Connors hosts two classes, one geared toward people living with developmental disabilities (which runs from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m.), and another open to the general public (which runs from 7 to 8:30 p.m.). This class uses poses to unravel the knots along the spine, starting at the tailbone and working up through the neck.
